I never quite figured that one out myself, it just happened, other than they were really on my mind when I did.
I wasn't going to give them wings, or the kind of crest they have now, but I couldn't stand having them look exactly like the Au when I wasn't trying for something completely different when I started drawing the first one.
Still like how they came out though. :D

Ya, I don't mind, I like fan-art. They're sorta a fan-art type of thing that a friend drew to begin with, but we've both agreed mine looked better.
